Property Development Essentials Workshop

Discover How You Can Become A Real Estate Developer... Increase Your Cash Flow, Create Your Own Equity & Acquire Property Wholesale Through Real Estate Development!

Have you noticed that properties seem to be coming on the market left right and centre?

The fall out from the credit crisis has caused major issues for financing property in Australia. In addition the effects on the share market and the falling Australian dollar have left consumers confused and uncertain.

But if you can look past all the short term doom and gloom, Kevin Rudd and Wayne Swan have donned their Santa suits and delivered property investors an early Christmas present.

Together with the RBA, who just dropped interest rates by one percent, they have ensured that property values will not only remain firm but should start rising again.

For example first home buyers will be eligible for grants of up to $21,000 under a new initiative designed to stimulate the housing markets.

More than 150,000 first home buyers are estimated to benefit from this time-limited scheme. And at the same time they will benefit from the falling interest rates.

These are rare times. We know there are great bargains out there that are being missed out on simply because people don't have the confidence and knowledge.

We started in property in 1991 in the midst of the "recession we had to have" and have capitalised on deals in times like this.

Sue Percival

Developer

Sue Percival began her career working as a financial planner for AXA.

Sue wanted to do more for her clients than simply invest client’s money in investment products that gave mediocre returns at best. Sue wanted to really make a difference in her client’s lives; so they could enjoy financial freedom, and have more control and choice in their lives – she wanted her clients to be able to enjoy the profits that traditionally only property development companies and banks make.

“I asked myself this question; how can I make my clients financially independent without putting their capital at risk?”

“I realised that the only assets the majority of people have are their home and their superannuation. I began by helping people buy houses through finance broking, however this was still like buying a retail product.”

“So what was the solution? To create the products yourself.”

In 1992 Sue saw an opportunity in the inner city of Perth, where she could purchase an old house, knock it down and develop four town houses on the same block and make a substantial profit. Sue chose a select group of clients to participate with her in this project and from the great success that resulted, began her own financial services and property development company, IC Group.

Since then, the company has developed millions of dollars worth of property developments on both the East and West coasts of Australia.
